Exemptions and exceptions - Legal incapacity

It is lawful for someone to discriminate against another person who is under a legal incapacity if the incapacity is relevant.

For example, it would be lawful for a bank to refuse to provide a personal loan to a person under 18 whose finances were managed by a legal guardian.
