Best practice guidelines

The Commission, in consultation with the recruitment industry, has developed 'A Fair Go for Job Seekers' which detail guidelines for equal opportunity best practice for employment recruitment. The guidelines are designed for employers, recruitment consultants and human resource professionals to assist them in not only following the requirements of equal opportunity legislation, but to achieve the highest standards in equal opportunity recruitment.
